Tokyo Open Source Robotics Kyokai Association (hereinafter referred to as “the association”) establishes the personal information protection policy as follows, constructs a mechanism of protection of personal information, promotes the protection of personal information.
Our association maintains the customer’s personal information accurately and up to date, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc. To accomplish this, we maintain the security system and establish the management system. We take safety measures and strictly manage personal information.
Personal information from customers will be used for sending e-mails and documents as a response from our association, a guidance of business and questions.
The association manages the personal information from the customer appropriately and does not disclose personal information to a third party unless it falls under any of the followings:
– When there is customer consent
– In cases where the association reveals to the contractor entrusted with the work for the client to perform the desired service
– When it is necessary to disclose based on laws and ordinances
To ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, the association takes necessary steps appropriate for security.
If a customer wishes to inquire, modify or delete personal information of him/herself, we will confirm that the person is the principal.
The association will comply with Japanese laws and regulations and other norms applied to our customer’s personal information. We examine the content of this policy as appropriate and make efforts to improve it.
